Frantz Vital's Biography

Frantz is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and member of the Florida Bar. As a practicing attorney for over 30 years, Frantz’s practice focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on Florida Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability Claims, Private Insurance Disability Claims, State of Florida Disability Claims, Federal Veteran’s Benefits, and Veteran’s Medical Malpractice Claims (FTCA).

Frantz represented both employers and carriers and claimants in disability and injury claims in the areas mentioned above. The experience of being a long-time practicing attorney has given Frantz the perspective as a mediator to help parties understand and appreciate the issues associated with their respective positions.

Through communication and forward-leading collaboration, Frantz is dedicated to helping parties resolve all issues peacefully and amicably.

Frantz is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel, after serving as US Army Senior Judge Advocate in the Army Reserves for over 24 years.
