Hourly Rate: Our standard hourly rate for mediation services is $400.00 per hour. We understand that every case is unique and may require a different amount of time to reach a resolution. We pride ourselves on offering flexible scheduling and dedicated support to meet your specific needs.

Minimum Mediation Session: To ensure that we can provide a thorough and effective mediation process, we require a minimum of 2 hours for each session. This two-hour minimum allows us to delve into the complexities of your case and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Travel Expenses: In some cases, our mediators may need to travel to a location to conduct the mediation session. For roundtrip travel, we charge a rate of $350.00 per hour. This covers the time and expenses associated with the mediator’s travel to your desired location.

Cancellation Fee: We understand that scheduling conflicts and emergencies can arise. However, to maintain our commitment to excellence and respect the time and effort put into scheduling a mediation conference, a cancellation fee of $800.00 will be incurred for any mediation conference that is canceled within two (2) business days of its scheduled time. This fee is designed to compensate our mediators for their time and resources allocated for your case.
